Artist Trading Cards
The fad of creating and collecting Artist Trading Cards began in 1996 and has gained huge popularity with artists and collectors alike. ATC’s are small format art pieces that are traded, never sold. The lure of ATC’s is that they enable the work of famous (and not so famous) artists to be accessible to people all over the world at no cost. ATC’s are a way for artists to create small works of art on a daily basis, they can be a form of journaling. Artist’s Trading Cards encompass all types of media. You name it, you can put it on a card — paper, fabric, fusible fibers, transfers, photographs, collage, paint, ink, stamping, etc.
In this class you will create many mini works of art and be exposed to lots of different techniques. You’ll be able to trade cards with other students or frame your work to give as a gift.

SoulCollage(R)
Are you drawn to the idea of making art but still a little timid? SoulCollage(R) is a perfect class for beginners and people with absolutely NO art experience. I’ll show you collage techniques to make your own deck of SoulCollage(R) cards based on the teachings of the SoulCollage(R) creator, Seena B. Frost. While the mechanics of creating SoulCollage(R) cards is simple, the process and ed product yield profound insights into your deepest feelings.
Come with a collection of your favorite personal photos and magazine clippings and be ready for a moving experience. This class offers an opportunity to discuss and share your cards with the group, but if you’re feeling shy, please know that you can just sit back and listen to the group and share only if you’re comfortable.
