What Is SoulCollage(R)?

I’m glad you asked. SoulCollage(R) is a wonderfully easy yet profoundly meaningful for of collage in which the artist creates a deck of their own personal soul cards. The images on the cards are photographs and magazine images arranged in an intuitively meaningful way. It’s equally enjoyable for a seasoned artist and an absolute beginner (even a child) to create a card.

SoulCollage(R) cards are the brainchild of Seena B. Frost, author of the book, SoulCollage(R). They’re traditionally 5″ x 8″ cards, each representing an aspect of your personality, a dream, fear, hope, family members and pets, almost anything goes. Once at least three cards have been created, you can use them for daily meditation, prayer or your own reading from your soul.

I’ve been working with SoulCollage(R) cards and their creators for several years and I’m always enriched and rewarded by the experience of working with SoulCollage(R) groups. I’ve witnessed people cry, laugh and release pent up emotions in my classes, and I’ve been fortunate to receive the gift of many special friendships made during card-making sessions.
